[glow=red,2,300][/glow] ;D Lion laughter is derived from a yogic posture. Lion laughter is best to use at the beginning of a laughter exercise because it will strech out your cheeks and tongue.
Put both hands up, beside your head like claws. Then stick your tongue out as far and you can open your eyes wide, and laugh with a little bit of a growl. This is also known to give ppl a sense of power.
